Right here on this page. Add your boxes in step 01 and the price appears immediately — it updates as you change the number of boxes or the length of stay. Work through the remaining three steps and you have a firm quote with a reference number.

No card is needed and nothing is charged to book. If you would rather talk it through, call us and we will build the quote with you.

Three parts, and nothing else:

€3.50 per box, per week — one size, so there is no working out which box you need. Anything that will not go in a box, at €2 per kilo per week. And the driving, at €30 an hour for each run.

A student in Larnaca storing five boxes over a sixteen-week summer pays (5 × €3.50 × 16) + €30 out + €30 back = €340.00. The same order in Limassol is €400.00, because each run is a two hour drive instead of one.

There is no booking fee on top of that. The only thing to know is the €60 minimum below.

By card or bank transfer, once your boxes are in the warehouse — never before. Billing then runs weekly from your collection day until the day we hand everything back.

You will get an inventory sheet listing every box and item we took, so you always know what you are paying to keep.

No maximum — if you have more than a van holds, we send a bigger one. The minimum is a single box.

There is no minimum quantity either — but there is a €60 minimum order value. If your boxes and driving add up to less than €60, the order is simply charged at €60. Nothing is added on top; the total is just brought up to the minimum.

In practice the driving alone clears it, so what you see in the calculator is what you pay. One box costs the same to collect as twenty, which is why storing more works out better per box.

It is a floor on the total, not a fee. Add up your boxes and the driving; if that number is below €60, you pay €60. If it is above €60, you pay exactly what it comes to and the minimum never enters into it.

In practice you will almost never meet it. A single box in Larnaca for one week already comes to €63.50, because the van has to make both journeys either way. The minimum is there as a floor, not as something we expect to charge.

We provide them, and the tape with them. They arrive flat-packed on collection day at no extra cost.

If you would rather pack at your own pace, say so when we call and we will drop the empties off a few days beforehand. You are welcome to use your own boxes instead — they just need to be sealed and within the weight limit.

There is only one size, and it holds up to 150 litres. A standard double-walled carton of roughly 60 × 50 × 50 cm comes to exactly that.

To check anything of your own, multiply its three sides in centimetres and divide by 1,000 — so 60 × 50 × 50 ÷ 1000 = 150 litres. There is a calculator that does it for you in step 01.

One size means one price and nothing to work out: every box is €3.50 a week whatever you put in it.

We bring boxes with us at no extra cost, but you are welcome to use your own — cartons this size are sold at Bricolage, Super Home Center and most DIY stores in Cyprus.

Yes — 20 kg per box, alongside the 150 litre limit. Whichever you reach first is the one that counts. It is a limit our drivers have to carry down real staircases, so we do hold to it.

The easy mistake is filling a box with books, which hits 20 kg long before it hits 150 litres. Split heavy things across two boxes and keep the bulky light things — bedding, coats, cushions — together in one.

As a rough guide, a student room cleared for the summer usually comes to four to six boxes plus a suitcase. A one-bedroom flat is more like ten to sixteen. At 150 litres each, a box swallows more than people expect.

You do not have to get it exactly right. Order roughly what you think, and tell the driver on the day — we adjust the quote to what actually goes on the van, up or down.

If we bring the boxes on collection day, you pack before we arrive. If you want longer, ask us when we call the day before and we will drop the empty boxes off in advance so you can pack over a week at your own pace.

Tell us as soon as you know — if it is before the day, we move you to another slot at no charge. If the driver is already with you, they will give you a reasonable amount of time rather than drive off.

It happens more often than you would think, particularly during exams. It is not a problem as long as you talk to us.

Yes, at any time. A new box joins your weekly rate from the day we collect it, and boxes you take out come off the rate from the day they leave the warehouse.

Changes to a booking you already have never re-trigger the €60 minimum — that is only ever applied once, to the order as a whole.

Both — houses, flats, halls of residence and shared student accommodation. We come to the door, not to the kerb.

If you are in halls, check whether your accommodation office needs notice for a collection vehicle, and tell us when we call so the driver arrives with the right paperwork.

It is quoted separately, and charged by driving time rather than by the box: €30 an hour, measured from our depot in Larnaca.

That makes a collection in Larnaca a one hour run at €30, and a collection anywhere else on the island a two hour run at €60. There is no per-box delivery charge and no fuel surcharge, so twenty boxes cost the same to collect as one.

The return is a second run, priced the same way — €30 an hour, so €30 back to Larnaca or €60 to anywhere else. The calculator lists the two runs separately so you can see what each one costs.

The return does not have to go to the address we collected from. Students often store from Nicosia and have everything delivered to a new flat in Limassol in September; just set a different return address in step 02 and we price that run on its own zone.

The whole island. Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Paralimni, Ayia Napa and Polis are on our regular routes, so you can usually pick any day you like.

Our depot is in Larnaca, and that is what the driving charge is measured from: Larnaca is a one hour run at €30, everywhere else on the island is a two hour run at €60. Drop your pin in step 02 and the calculator tells you which zone you are in before you commit to anything.

For mountain villages and the Troodos area we may offer you a specific day rather than a free choice of slot — we will tell you when we call, before anything is charged.

Yes, if you ask for it. Tick the carrying option in step 02 and the driver takes the boxes out of the building for you. It adds an hour of driving time to that run — €30 — rather than a separate handling fee.

There is a matching option for carrying them back in at the end, and the two are priced separately on purpose: plenty of people want help carrying down in June and are happy to manage the way back up in September. Without it, the driver collects from your door and you bring everything down to them.

There is no maximum. Store for a summer, a year, or until you decide otherwise — the weekly rate simply carries on.

The minimum is one week, and part weeks are charged as full weeks. Billing stops on the day we return your things.

You ask, and we bring them to you. This is not a self-storage unit you drive to — the point is that you never have to.

Because every box is barcoded against the inventory you write in step 03, you can ask for one specific box and leave the rest with us on the same weekly rate. Give us a couple of working days and it goes on the next run to your area.

Yes. Anything that will not go in a box is a special item, charged at €2 per kilo per week — so a 14 kg bicycle is €28 a week, a 6 kg office chair €12, a packed suitcase usually €30 to €40.

Televisions and monitors travel best in their original box. If you no longer have it, tell us in advance and we will bring blankets and wrap it properly on the day. Add each item with a rough weight in step 01 and we confirm the real figure on the scales when we collect.

Our warehouse is indoors and dry, monitored by CCTV, alarmed outside working hours, and access is limited to our own staff. It is not a yard of shipping containers with a shared padlock.

Every box is barcoded to your name and shelved with the rest of your order rather than tipped into a communal pile — which is both how we keep track of what is yours and how we return a single box without disturbing anything else.

Yes. Your things are covered while they are in our care against theft, fire and damage, up to €500 per box as standard.

If you are storing something worth more than that, tell us before collection and we will arrange the right cover — we would much rather sort it out beforehand than have you discover the limit after something has gone wrong.

No batteries or anything with one inside — power banks, e-bikes, scooters, laptops left switched on. No fuel, gas canisters, paint or solvents. No fireworks, no food, plants or liquids, no live animals, and nothing illegal.

Cash, jewellery, passports and deeds should stay with you. You confirm all of this in step 04 before we collect, and it is there because our warehouse insurance depends on it.
